Descripción
El RAK5802 es una interfaz WisBlock que añade una interfaz industrial de transmisión de datos RS485 al sistema WisBlock. Una biblioteca de software y un tutorial listos para usar facilitan la conexión de cualquier sensor que utilice la interfaz RS485.
El RAK5802 admite una interfaz RS485 y tiene una batería y una salida de alimentación de 3,3 V para alimentar los sensores. Además, se dispone de un conector de interfaz I2C en el terminal de engaste.
En combinación con el RAK4631 WisBlock Core, el RAK5802 proporciona la solución para una interfaz con sensores y actuadores industriales que admiten la interfaz RS485. Esta interfaz es el puente entre dichos sensores y la comunicación LoRaWan®, las conexiones punto a punto LoRa® o BLE.
El RAK5802 es ideal para aplicaciones alimentadas por batería debido a su bajo consumo de energía. Además, el sistema WisBlock permite desconectar completamente el módulo para reducir aún más el consumo de energía del sistema.

RAK Wireless WisBlock RS485 Interface Modul
Overview
The RAK5802 is a WisBlock Interface that extends the WisBlock system with an industrial RS485 data transmission interface. A ready-to-use SW library and tutorial makes it easy to connect any sensor that is using the RS485 interface.
RAK5802 supports one RS485 interface and has a battery and 3.3V power output to supply sensors. In addition, an I2C interface connection is available on the crimping terminal.
RAK5802 combined with the RAK4631 WisBlock Core gives your solution for an interface to industrial sensors and actuators that support the RS485 interface. This interface is the bridge between such sensors and LoRaWan® communication, LoRa® point to point connections or BLE.
RAK5802 is ideal for battery-powered applications because of its low power consumption. In addition, the WisBlock system allows to power down the module completely to reduce the power consumption of the system even more.
